About Us:

A Sweet Family Story

The Fudge Factory is more than a chocolate shop—it’s a family tradition built on love, craftsmanship, and a passion for creating joy through sweets. Our story began with our grandmother, whose homemade chocolate and fudge recipes were the heart of every celebration and holiday. What started in her kitchen as batches of carefully stirred fudge and hand-rolled candies became the foundation of a dream that would later grow into a beloved family business.

In 2002, that dream became real when our family opened our first shop in Wildwood, New Jersey. With just a few copper kettles and a whole lot of heart, Grandma’s recipes came to life for the world to taste. Locals and vacationers alike fell in love with the homemade chocolate, creamy fudge, and nostalgic sweets served with warmth and personal care. Though our original Wildwood location is no longer open, its spirit lives in every batch we make today.

As the years passed, the legacy continued. Grandma’s son, Ben Kaminecki, and grandchildren took the reins, working side by side to expand the business while keeping her time-tested traditions exactly the same. Every slab of fudge is still stirred and poured by hand. Every chocolate is still crafted with care. And every guest who walks through our doors is welcomed like family.

Today, The Fudge Factory has shops in Bradenton Beach and Siesta Key, Florida, and in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire—each filled with the same homemade chocolates, fudge, truffles, and treats people have loved for over two decades. Our signature pink-and-purple fair-style aesthetic celebrates the fun, delight, and nostalgia of old-fashioned candy stores while offering something new and exciting for every generation.

We are proud to carry on a chocolate story that spans three generations, sharing the flavors, traditions, and family spirit that started it all. Whether you visit in person or shop with us online, we invite you to taste the love, heritage, and handcrafted sweetness in every bite.
